After searching that problem in moto's forums, I was advised changed the firmware. and it worked! and after using several firmwares, I think an 0DR firmware is the best due to ist speed, stability, especially image quanlity taken at dark conditions. Yes, it;s not a hardware problem

i adore Linux platforms in mobile phones, and as soon as i've seen it in markets i instantly bought it.
the Camera as 5 MP is outstanding - the speed of taking photos is also remarkable, the headsets is loud and nice, the alarm ring tones - can ring the whole song (not just 1 minute of it), the screen & color is amazing, the design is something else neat design of the buttons but not separated that you might press two/three keys per once, & it is slow, hard to find a decent software for it, the media player is bit weird, group SMSing is 1 by 1 which ends up with lots of (timeout of sending) and stay in your outbox. & i was hoping that the CD suit might be installed on linux OS but i was wrong.
i can mod it but i'm afraid to brick it.
in the end - i need to obtain another device that provide my needs - but i'm keeping this unique piece.

every time I try to take a picture with the motozine it says "camera is busy" and shuts the camera function down. anybody know how to fix this?

if u have plan to buy a unit, go for ZN5, the best cellphone i ever had, previously i used nokia n95, k850..as of now, i can truly say motorola is the best for now

I think nokia's wifi phone have the ability to catches signal(hotspot)far better than Moto ZN5's. cant rely the ZN5's wifi.
