The phone is awesome. The price has come down form 17500 to 12500. For that price the features u get is handful. The camera is excellent in outdoor or with proper light..but indoor is not upto the mark. But still very fast and resposive camera...comes with a kodak software.
Music player is also sastisfatory. Some feature like USB charging, TV output etc are add-ons.

Salil, 23 Apr 2009I agree zn5 is very good phone but better than n82. Can an... more"Basic" features like Crystal Talk (which makes a phone really a phone), charging by USB, and of course, a much lower price.
Zn5 now costs around US$210 where I live now, unlock without contract.

tired of non motorola smart phones?
then w8 for them to release google android phone, base on the facts, this 3rd quarter or 4th, sony, lg and samsung will also adopt it, not sure for the nokia since theyre symbian based phones...
dont ask, simply look around, just google it...

sankr, 21 Apr 2009can u tell me how theme has to be updated?? will be of gre... moremotorola phones are moddable, themes for zn5, look for the modding community, i have a lot of themes but i dont use it much, i mod my phone, and thats why i like it too, but somehow zn5 is quiet new, i have to w8 for the modding community expands their list.

does n82 can handle 32gb of mem? if it does then theyre equal
all mid end up to high end motorola phones support up to 32 gb, they only specifies 4gb or 8gb becoz they only tested it for that, we can use 32gb or less, i got a 8gb mem, cnt afford 16gb and that dont know what am i gonna put on it, hundreds of mp4 or mp3? im gonna be crazy for that...

fyi, i own zn5, i can compare n82 and zn5
here it is..
zn5 lcd is much sharper and brighter than n82, and that is sharp matrix. y? generation of LCD...newer shud be better than older ones.
the built? of course much quality built and sturdy.u can see it am i ryt?
the camera? zn5 is much sharper and vivid than n82, u can really see the differences, if u look at any reviews, point this flash of n82, is much better than zn5 at night, zn5 macro, i really love it becoz it still sharp. more details in zn5 compare to n82
zn5 has no 3g and n82 has? of course ur gonna pay additional for that hardware, im from Philippnes, 3g doesn't worth to much for me, i don't use it even i have a 3g phone,
until now n82 is pricey than zn5, n82 = 22k+, zn5 18+ php
n82 is a smartphone, ur gonna pay a lot becoz of the application ur phone have, as well as the 3g hardware, but in hardware, looks like cheaper whereas cost u more what is inside. while zn5, best for the hardware, and it is not a smartphone, but look, can u actually use all the application inside the smartphone, if zn5 is a smartphone, even me as i am, i wud not use such application, so its ok for me if its a smart or not, ur the one whus smart,
what u almost do is mostly running these applications' mp3, mp4 playback, camera tools, radio, web surfing, text and call, bluetooth, wifi, av output
therefore u can do it on the same phone...
now look what u are preferring for...
i choose zn5 becoz that all what i need, sony has the same category but i prefer zn5,

how many cuntry have 3g : very few
every know that 256k moto is beter than even 16milion
and n82 design is realy bad at compare whit zn5

sara, 21 Apr 2009i like zn5 design realy best 5mp , mp3 player is great and... moreHow can u say 'better than n82'!!! N82 has all those specifications which zn5 has. Apart from than n82 has 3g, more memory and a 16m screen. Yes zn5 is very good than any other phone but not than n82.

mp3 player work wery good and whit 3.5mm jack is like ipod
and see picture whit tv out is very good

i like zn5 design
realy best 5mp , mp3 player is great and voice qulity is unrival, menu is very nice ,
and beter than n82 ugly

Its price is very good. Xenon flash is superb. Motorola pls pls pls provide 3g in this phone with no price change. Better than any 5 mp phone except n82 which only stands in front of it.

best phone i have ever bought. Best 5mp phone. Only thing lacks is 3g. If ur phone got some virus d phone wili automatically delete it.
