its stuck sometimes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i dont know why!its linux with 500cpu but i think that my old z6 is faster!!!!!!!!!!!!any idea?its only 2 days phone and i thing i send it back!!!!!!!!maybe need update?????????
          ===========================================================

What kind of stuck? I just sometime has stuck when type message but after i flashing with Asian firmware (not Chinese firmware) i don't have any stuck. Don't compare Motorola ZN5 (processor 500 Mhz) with Motorola Z6 (processor 624 Mhz). Or you got fail product.

It is really a shame Motorola came out with such a nice Camera too late. If this was around last year Christmas this would be a hit.

GSMArena is not going to go back to a 5MP camera shootout and insert this. It would be nice if they had a 8MP vs 5MP shootout tho.

100 Moto,100 Moto, 14 Nov 2008I've been using mine for about a month, though I don't seem... moreQuestion to 100 Moto

I am using E6 . What I liks is big fonts and I can save lot of data (note) in external memory cards

                  1. How big is font size of ZN5? comparing to E6. I do not buy E8 because of font is too small for me/
                  2. can we safe data {notes) in external memory the same way we do in E6.

I intend to buy this phone by year end.

                  Thanks

horrible for text, 13 Nov 2008Have had this phone for over a week. While all the features... moreI've been using mine for about a month, though I don't seem to have the same problem as you described. Before I type this message, I tried to type "for testing only" as an SMS with a single hand, (as I was having breadfast at the same time), and I could finish the text in seconds.

My Zn5 also supports Chinese characters input, which I don't have any problem typing either.

Maybe I've worse experience with my Moto Z8, where the "select" and "send" buttons are too close together.

Everybody has difference preferences, which I do respect. Though for those "true" heavy texters, nothing beats a phone with full qwerty keypad like Moto Q9...

Have had this phone for over a week. While all the features are quite nice, (5mp camera take pretty decent pics) and the interface is set up well, if you are a heavy texter, this phone doesnt cut it. The keys are completly flush save tiny little bumps which basically do nothing. It's almost agonizing. My fingers are constantly slipping and hitting the other keys. If you don't text, this phone does well, especially for the $100 tag when you get a 2 yr contract w/tmobile. If you do, avoid this. Mine is going back.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Correct, comrade. The ZN5 is now available in select Motorola stores with a price of 19,500 pesos. It's pretty cheap, compared to competitor products like the Nokia N82.

Reviews and tests / Lab report: Latest mid-end music phones tested for sound quality

SMAPE Reviews and tests Sony Ericsson Lab report: Latest mid-end music phones tested for sound quality
                                Smape's opinion

The test results are quite self-explaining – Nokia and Motorola are leading. The former is known to produce some of the loudest phones on the market, the latter is generally associated with the best quality of audio output. Sony Ericsson can be credited with the best implementation of the A2DP feature and rich bundling of their products. Samsung has nothing to brag about, the strengthening of their music sector seen only as a future priority.
