Pls i just bought Nec e313 phone.I have been trying to take snap shots with the camera and video and has not been able. whenever i give the command to use the camera, the attention box shows up telling me the its unable to use the camera.Hope to hear from you soon. I reside in Nigeria, Minna-Niger state. Thanks

Nice and cool, but i had a problem with the phone at the moment. It does not display MY CONTACTS and MESSAGES. and beside the BATTERY ICON there is something like a red MESSAGES BOX by the battery nicon. I do not know what to do. PLZ help me out.

finaly got the 313 out of the cupboard after several months of dust.had it unlocked now on vodafone.now need alead to down load,can any one tell me wether i still need the 313 drivers. asp

hi,i have a little problem on how to set up my phone to be able to access internet on it.secondly,how to connect my phone to system and to connect the usb cable to be able to system inorder download on it.thirdly,how to make video call on it,the manual does not explain better.pls,make ur next model friendly to people,previous too hard.still on my phone,if any problem arise,i will get back to you.thanks.pls,i need urgent respond.

i bought the phone about two weeks ago. i have treid to do the gprs configuration on it since it was stated on the user guide that it has gprs. i am using a 2.5g network on it and i ahve tried to configure it manually but i eas told that its not compatible. could u please send the manual to me via my email and if their is anything else i'm to do please help me 'cause the phone is boring. i can't browse with it i can't even play games with it.thanks.

I love this phone for all its features that I have been unable to exploit due to lack of manual guide. I wish I could lay hand on the necessary peripherals for ringtone, software and the like. Size of the phone is its best premiunm, I love big things anyway. Screen display light saving needs be extended to allow for use at nights/ poorly lit areas. If anyone has a manual to post or download I should be grateful. Finally if you own this phone never part with it because it is very reliable. It had fallen off me to the hard pavement four times and still working. My old Nokia had only one bash and it stopped breeding. What a phone!

It is realy a nice phone, i commend the company for that great production.
I have a problem on how to configure my gprs, that is after reading the manual i could not find how to do it. Please could you list the processes for me and send via my email. Thanks
