I bought this from my grandson when he was eight and now he is nineteen. It has just beeped when on the charger and will not work. Can anyone tell me why? It has been my little friend and at 86 do not want to buy another which may be complicated.
It must be nearly 13 or 14 years old. It has been great.

I've had this phone for over 5 years!!! and it refuses to die!! All I can say is this phone was awesome for it's time, despite the few niggling issues it has. In 2011 I will finally move to a new phone but before that I want to ask if anyone here knows where to get firmware for this phone? as I want to restore the software to it's original out of the box form please?
