NEVER buy this phone. Very low functions, especially the battery life shortened.

I've been reading some negative comments about this phone and i guess it might be a good one since you people don't tell good phones from bad ones
! why don't u make your own phones ( they will probably suck like you ) and leave the pro's alone
whatever ! please can anybody tell me what this phone is for , can it make or receive calls , then i"ll buy

my sis and i both got this phone, and we both keep getting the same problems with them, the screens go haywire from time to time and we end up having to reset the power. I am disappointed with the phone. and I plan on getting a new phone real soon.

It is a nice phone. Attractive. However the Phone can almost do nothing since there is no USB cable to sync it my PC. I think NEC didn't get it this time. I just don't want to say they decieved us

Its utterly misleading of NEC to sell this phone without a usb cable included, and then force people to fork out another $80 to buy the usb cable if they want to connect to the phone to the computer! why would you include a camera in the phone if you can't download the pictures?!?!
NEC should be ashamed

Anyone who bought tis phone without a data cable should have done what i did I wrote to NEC and told them it is stupid marketing to sell an internet ready phone with no transfer data cable and a rip off to have to buy one PLUS the cable is not reily available I bought 2 of these bloody phones and regret doing so NEC eventually sent me 2 data cables free of charge I suggest u complain to them LOUDLY

That may be true about the band, but I always recommend to my customers travelling abroad to manually select your network. Have had a few customers tell me that if you don't manually select it they had issues with it changed network all the time.

I wouldn't recommend this phone. On my last triband phone, the band changed automatically when i travelled from Australia to USA, but on this phone you have to search and find the correct band yourself. This is a step backwards! The battery life sucks!! even with everything, light etc. at a minimum! I've had this phone 18 months and for the last 12 months, i've had to recharge it every day. Don't buy it!!

i have to agree with most of the emails that i am very disapointed in this phone as it does not down load and i got a 2 for 1 deal and am now stuck with it for 24months i also find that it has a very short battery life with little indication that it is about to go flat..
