New Google Docs update makes it easy to convert text to uppercase and lowercase

Himanshu, 29 March 2017

Google has pushed out a new update to its Docs application's Web client, making it easy for users to convert text to uppercase and lowercase. The new features can be accessed by choosing Capitalization sub-menu from the Format menu.

As you can see in the screenshot above, in addition to 'lowercase' and 'UPPERCASE', there's also an option called 'Title Case'. This option allows you to capitalize the first letter of each word in your selection.

The update has begun rolling out, and should be available to everyone in the next few days.
