New HTC U11 update brings 1080p 60fps video recording support

Himanshu, 23 August 2017

HTC has started pushing out a new update to its U11 smartphone that arrives as version 1.27.400.9 and weighs in at around 665MB. The update brings along a handful of changes, including support for 1080p 60fps video recording, something which the company promised earlier this year.

Other changes include Android security fixes for the month of August and some enhancements related to system. The update is currently hitting units in Hong Kong. The company had earlier said this update will be rolling out over a couple of months, so be patient if your device hasn't received it yet.
