Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016) leaks in renders now

Himanshu, 12 January, 2016

The Samsung Galaxy J1 successor, which has allegedly already cleared the FCC hurdle in the US, will come in at-least black, white, and gold color options, according to new renders leaked by the usually reliable leakster @evleaks.

The leaked renders seem to be broadly inline with the device's live image (shown below) that was leaked a couple of weeks ago by @sleaknow on Twitter.

As for the specs, the handset's GFXBench listing had revealed that it is powered by a Samsung Exynos 3475 SoC with quad-core 1.3GHz CPU. RAM is 1GB, while internal memory is 4GB. In terms of camera, there's a 5MP rear unit and a 2MP front shooter. The smartphone runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS out-of-the-box.

Its Zauba listing had revealed a 4.5-inch display and an INR 6,686 ($100) price tag.
