Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 to be Exynos 7420-powered, have 4GB RAM

Himanshu, 23 January 2017

We already know that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has received WiFi as well as Bluetooth certifications. We also know that the tablet is said to be coming sometime in the ongoing quarter.

What, however, we didn't know so far was its specifications. However, that has changed now as a new rumor from China has revealed some of the device's key specs.

The rumor, which came in the form of a Weibo post, says the tablet will be powered by Samsung's Exynos 7420 chipset, and will have 4GB RAM. Other specs include UFS2.0 storage, USB Type-C port, and a home button-embedded fingerprint sensor.

The rumor also re-confirms SM-T820 and SM-T825 model numbers for the WiFi and LTE variants of the tablet, respectively.
