New update rolling out to Asus Zenfone Max

Asus has started pushing out a new update to its Zenfone Max smartphone. Arriving as version 13.8.26.80 and currently hitting units in India, the update brings only a handful of changes, including fix for the LTE mobile data 'random disconnection' issue.
In addition, the new firmware also includes updates to several apps. And finally the phone also gains support for the India SOS call.
The roll out has just begun, so you need to be patient if your unit is yet to receive the update. You can manually check for the update by heading to the Settings menu on your handset.
