New vivo T2 debuts, further deepening naming confusion
The Chinese smartphone company vivo launched a third smartphone with the name vivo T2. This has LTE-only and a Helio G99 chipset and is already available in Russia.
The smartphone is actually identical to the vivo V27e, which is also sold in Russia, meaning the whole thing makes even less sense. The phone is also different from the vivo T2 sold in India or the vivo T2 sold in China, which has its own spinoff called vivo iQOO Neo6 SE.
The green color is the only difference between this new vivo T2 and the vivo V27e. They both have a 6.62” AMOLED display with FullHD+ resolution, 64 MP main camera and 32 MP selfie shooter. Even the prices are the same – T2's 8/256 GB version is RUB 27,999, and V27e of the same RAM and storage matches the price exactly.
Thanks for the tip, anonymous user!
