I'm still using it but sadly there is no more firmware update and most daily apps will require android 11 and above soon for security reason. This is one of a masterpiece in term of mid spec with good price phone, compatible to Huawei Mate 20 Pro during the time launching. It is still very smooth and fast in daily usage although with old techs.

Sorry, I asked wrong question. It comes with android 9, and there was an update to 10, and question is why there is no update to android 11. (previous comment I wrote android 12, my misstake). Thanks!

Why there is no update to android 11. The phone came with android 9, it was update to android 10, but it should be also on android 12. It will be helpful if someone know the answer. Thanks!

I've had my 20 Pro since launch and it's been brilliant, it's still fast, loads of memory, cameras have been exceptional and it's hands down the best phone I've had and that includes all the other main brands, trouble is I had an accident last week and cracked the screen, I'm bloody heartbroken as I can't seem to find a genuine replacement glass for it 😢

So it's Aug 2023 and I bought this phone on release in 2019. That's like 4 years now and this phone still shines like a diamond. What a great buy it was. My honor 20 pro still works like a charm, has a far better camera than the ones recently released, fast processing and never hanged for once in 4 years. If you happen to be looking to buy a phone and can't decide on the new releases, try to find this one if available in the market. You won't be disappointed.

Still working perfectly the same since I bought it at January 2020 .. Although I remember it was in the news that we will receive android 11 sometime last year but delivered yet, it's still perfect .. I was planning to keep it at least 3 years and it made it very well, I was hoping this year to change my phone to amoled display phone with under display fingerprint reader and wireless charging maybe water proof IP rating but because of current economic crisis and the fact that my Honor 20 pro is still perfect I decided I don't need another phone and I will keep it 1 or 2 years more and I am sure it will survive cause it had specs ahead of its time and still better than many new flagship killers in many aspects.. simply a phone without flaws and I am glad I have chosen it after some research just before the pandemic.. thanks Honor for such a great phone

Bought april/2019... Still working perfectly. Battery still in very good condition. Performance is also still amazing. If you can manage settings about camera and you understand it, the 4 cemeras will shock you, what they let you "shot", if you know how... Amazing phone, but you have to know, what you want :) for me - absolutely the best buy...

I've received HarmonyOS 2.0 with full Google apps working normal YAL-AL10 which is really wow fast like rocket stable and better battery life Thanks for Honor really , great device and decent cameras and monster performance.
