International roaming for US carriers is down

Michail, 27 June 2024

The Big 3 U.S. wireless carriers are experiencing an international roaming outage. Users on AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile have reported no service on international soil across South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. As it stands, it seems the issue is not related to one specific country or carrier.

At the time of writing, neither of the big three carriers have issued official statements on the matter. Users who managed to contact Verizon support shared that the carrier is aware of the problem which is classified as a global service issue and Verizon is actively working to resolve the situation. No time frame was provided.

You can be sure the problem is the government agency that monitors all international -> US traffic is down. International roaming is routed through home carrier unlike local SIM card so you can bet it's monitored

American people doesn't simply prefer, they are forced to accept this anti free market and consumer choice practice, and it seems you have a distorted vision of liberty.

That's cause they go around shooting one another but don't want to give up their right to carry arms.
