I am using phone from 5 Years or little , it's not super and hang from time to time and the most bad thing I face is low volume of it as expternal or internal , I will buy another one isA

ya, its good but I cant update this phones android version. even I could not found the software update option. so plz if anyone knows how to update this phone left in the comment box. I really need this.

I have used this 4ne for about one year and eight month and it has been perfect. It just blacked out and i can't tell what really happened to it. Am sad about it because i love this 4ne so much. Any help?

i bout it on 18th june, last month. it has been a fine phone though it can become hot on multiple data operations. yesterday, the charging system failed i don'nt know why! i cant use it now, im just planning to go back to the shop where i got it and see

We bought this phone last Dec 2016 as present for my sister but sad to say just used for a few month and now its not really working it just shutdown and totally dead by no reason at all we try to charge but still its not working and when we ask someone for repair unfortunately he said the CPU /motherboard itself has a problem so no way to fix it. We just waste our money. No way to get our money back and no way to use the phone so sad.

However, I no longer experience that problem. So please try deleting and re-saving the affected numbers in your phonebook. This problem is unique only to this phone! Cheers
