Honestly i Gave my wife my Stylus 5g 2023 to Get pixel 6a and honestly I do kinda regret it. I do miss spatial audio and Dolby Atmos. Not sure why Google didn't add spatial audio to their mid range phones. Just dumb. The camera from pixel 6a is a bit better than moto 5g stylus 2023 but not by far. The front camera from pixel 6a 8mp gives more details than the 16mp front camera found on stylus 5g 2023. Night mode on both phones gives almost same results. Only thing I hated when using moto stylus 5g 2023 is when using the 50mp camera feature there's always a message stating that in the light condition is recommended to use regular mode.

several of the carrier versions of this phone have only 4Gigs of Ram

Loco, 18 Nov 2023🤣🤣🤣 your asking to much for a mid range phone and for 200 l... moreFor some reason, I bought mine from Walmart for $80 and it was open box, used and returned.. ig and it's only got 4gb of ram, 64gb of space and the CPU is a helio, not sure what Is different about mine, plus the camera is shit, I don't think I've seen one from Motorola that the camera was this bad, but I still like the phone, it's faster than my 2023 moto g play I got prepaid, from at&t, heyy maybe I'm just comparing it to my iphone 12... Idk, anyone got an idea If someone moded my phone and then returned it to Walmart? There was also another moto g stylus but the box was flipped over, and when I asked the worker about it, he picked it up and the phone was ablitterated, if I would have bought that one, and not looked at it, istg I would have sued Walmart for that😂

This feels really good with it's stylus and 6GB RAM. Does anyone know how well it runs multiple apps at the same time via dual screen? I was thinking of using it for watching videos whilst taking hand written notes, while being on a call. I'm aware of YouTube and it's picture-in-picture mode but the videos I will need to watch are Canvas college videos. Thanks.

Vers... moreAll 2022 models (6GB RAM) I have seen come with an extra 256GB SD card pre-installed by the factory, making the total ROM 512GB, which fits better with my wife's photo-taking habits. The screen size is bigger, too, which fits my wife's desire for a bigger phone so she can read her books. The only thing I envy from the 2023 model is the dual speakers, but luckily it doesn't bother my wife because she always has headphones plugged in. She also.told me she doesn't like the mono speaker but it doesn't bother her and is not enough for her to consider the new 2023 model. Her deciding factor to stay with the 2022 is the 512GB ROM.

And another thing is you probably have a defective device so yours just mad. Im having great time with this phone and feels better than last model with spatial audio and double speakers. You just happening to have bad luck.

Unfortunately I don't really recommend this phone. The battery life is pretty poor, the brightness is high even when you have it on low, the ambient light sensor is broken compared to their older models. The camera is kinda slow. The chip is okay for speed but they should use a 700 or 800 series snapdragon. (7 gen 1 and above or 8 gen 1 and above)

The apps updates through the playstore. The only thing no os upgrades and no security updates after 2/3 years after launch. But google play system update always has updates no matter if no security patch has been over with. So unless your talking iPhones then I think your confused.

What about the OS upgrade? Usually Moto does not support the OS upgrade and many applications become useless after 3 to 4 years.

This is definitely a big upgrade over last year model. Version 5 Ram, dual speakers with atmos and spatial audio hence not even pixel 6a has the spatial audio. Active back tapping shortcut, 2160p Camera so 4k video record, hdr10 display and more accurate stylus.

try motorola g100/edge S and g200/edge S30, 888+ with 108MP shooter much bettter than s22 ultra 108mp with banana blur plus heating, battery drain as bonus

I am trying to find the best new phone with an LCD display because 1080p LCD looks much sharper than oled because of sub-pixel rendering. Unfortunately LCD is mostly confined to budget offerings.

bought this phone and confirm it also has 24/32bit 192khz audio via 3.5mm. dolby atmos is offable too if you prefer. it also works with fm, nfc, 5g in the UK and appears to run stylus handwriting in more than one language. screen is colorful and even under a screen protector stylus works. just confirming all that.
mine came from US and with some apps but i disabled moto swish and g.play's auto install&update and deleted the offenders and even after 2 restart-worthy software updates they won't come back. so the bloatgate isn't so unmanageable unlike a certain hmm.. review.. site would have you to believe ;)
so far so good.

Simply put, I love this phone! Bring some research, I’m coming from a bunch of iPhones which I have in my desk drawer I thought I would give this Moto a try because I was intrigued by the stylus plus I do a lot of graphic .work. Is exactly what I wanted to do I need to do. It looks great feels great it’s fast I bumped up the storage 2 TB and it runs well. I have no desire to spend 1000+ dollars on a phone I can find better things to do with that type of money. For me this is a win :-)
