Not to be outdone by Xiaomi, Redmi apparently has its own C61 in the works. The phone was first spotted on the Google Play Console with the RMX3939 model number a few days ago. Now it has basically leaked in full, including a render, specs and pricing.

As per the render, the Realme C61 has this iPhone 15 thing going on for the rear camera island. It will be available in either Marble Black or Safari Green in India, while international markets will be getting a choice between Dark Green and Dark Black, which could very well be the same colors with different names.

The Realme C61 is expected to rock an HD+ 1600 x 720-pixel display with a pixel density of 320 DPI. The onboard chipset will likely be a UNISOC Speedtrum T612 4G running Android 14. It will be paired with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. Other suggested specs include a 5,000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. Also, a 50MP main camera on the back.

Additional features include IP54 ingress protection, rain-sensitive smart touch, Realme Lab High dependency certification, whatever that entails. Apparently, the Realme C61 will also have a programmable dynamic button and support air gestures.

As per the source, the Realme C61 will be launching in the next few days with a price tag of around €130 in international markets and less than INR 10,000 in India.

Galaxy A15 is really a masterpiece when I look at the overall market. €130 for that much phone AND from one of the most reputable phone brands with years of software support. Can’t get much better than that in that segment.
