This phone got me through quarantine. Yes, it is definitely a bit laggy, I got to admit, but the battery on this is INSANE. Definitely top tier Mid-ranger

Bought mine sept 2019, still using it until now, it's been 4 years and still no issues. Even wirhout screen protection, the front gorilla glass is unbreakable, no scrath. This is the best phone i ever had.

... more4 years and one month report: still working as brand new except slightly slower performance but still excellent and perfectly acceptable.
Samsung has used quality components in this phone.

For price which cost this phone in 2019 was one of the best model, also one of the most sold model in all world. This is not crap, it's still good phone these days too. Of course there are new models which is better, but this one is good too.

Sk24, 06 Sep 2023I m using it since last 3 and half year ...only issue is it... moreAfter 3 - 4 years you still expecting battery like first days? :D Battery draining faster, because all battery is damaged after 2 - 3 years. It's up how user charging it. It's need just to change it. I did not noticed any problems after almost 4 years. Faster draining battery is normal thing.

Anonymous, 07 Sep 2023I have got software update yesterday. Any info about this?My opinion had to be security updates earlies these years. 2 security updates every 6 month. Cos is in section where have to be 2 updates in a year. But surprisingly till now there is no any information about that. If you really got update (which country?) then will be one of security update and i guess will be 2nd of the end of year if Samsung holds its plans of security updates.

I have been using this device since the first month of it's launch and it worked absouletly fine for 1 year , and after 1 year i am seeing the battery drain issue [ it's draining so fast that i had to keep the phone 5-6 times a day. ]

Very good model. I am use he 4 years all is good. I found one drawback with this model. Fingerprint works intermittently

After 4years and half use USB port problem and battery fast drain...but that expected...want to trade for Samsung S23 Ultra...but still using it after change a set of USB port and battery...

I am using this phone from past 4 years. No issues at all however the finger Print sensor is very bad from the 1st day and now little problem with Battery, It takes mpre time to charge and battery timing is less.
