Galaxy M55 launched in Brazil for R$3199 (US$640) with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
Its dimensions are 163.9 x 76.5 x 7.8 mm, and its weight is 180g (basically the same dimensions as the A73, which makes the M55 an interesting alternative for those who were expecting an A75).

As a samsung lover, we are losing interest on samsung mid range mobiles... same specs with design for A,M,F series... only series name is different... We need Snapdragon 8 Gen1 with 50mp ois, 8mp ultra wide, 5mp macro and 32 selfie punch hole shooter with a 6000 Mah battery... with this specs they may charge upto 35k and this specs is enough to be a flagship killer phone in the Indian market... but samsung is not doing this wantedly

I don't understand why techtokers are hyped up so much with the fact that this phone is going to have Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, if they would use it in the M54 it WOULD be better than the A54 but the Exynos 1480 is literally better in most aspects so yeah, the M55 not going to be better than the A55

Why do they keep shrinking the battery?

I see that this time M series is better than the A series exynos pandemic - A25, A35, A54, A55 (and if not, then you get mediatek - A15, A24, A34...)
