Good phone but again suffering from the green/yellow/black screen glitch. As countless others have suspected it might be a software issue because turning the screen on using the Always-On display and turning off auto-brightness fixes the issue for the most part. Samsung just doesn't care to issue a software bug fix, even though this glitch has been present for half a decade.

The worst thing about this phone, is finding an upgrade for it. Most things that have expandable storage and a 3.5mm jack don't offer any real feature or performance upgrades. It's starting to get a little tired, but I've had it pretty much since its release date.

In general, the later your firmware version, the less power it uses as it's more optimized. I'm not sure if you can downgrade Android version through Odin on locked bootloader.

and I've removed most app from running in the background but still.even if i set to airplane mode it still drain battery when idle

Therefore, no rooting, no custom ROM.

You could limit background activity for every app except those you need running in background or don't want killed. This should improve idle battery drain. You can do so in the Apps section located in Settings. Tap the app, go to Battery, and limit background for the app there. I did that on both S9+ and S10+ with LineageOS 20 on them and I got 8 hours SOT with constant screen on using Firefox (I get 12-16 hours on S10+ with Firefox).

If you want a custom ROM you'll need the Exynos variant. I have a S10+ with 8 GB of RAM now because something fried the SIM slot on my previous S9+. Both have LineageOS 20 support (Android 13). So if you want to flash another firmware other than official Samsung's, you'll have to sell the Snapdragon and get the Exynos. Sorry.
