i think the way the set this ui up is amazing. there is no racing around for anything. bunches up all your contacts sent and recived info from all programs. seems like its going to be smooth and you cant judge any SE phone this early anyone who knows SE phones that make a big hit is bound to change up half the phone before it comes out a year later it first shows itself.

                            OH! Just noticed...

There's a 'MIC' icon beside the google search bar on the home screen..
Perhaps it will have voice reconition as well?

[deleted post]I dont find it too slow (speed of getting to the tools you need)
                              most functions used are contacts,
and in the demo UI video, all application related to each contact is conveniently grouped together.

No need to jump around between applications and websites.

I thought the UI looked slow and frustrating? Very Gimmicky and flashy yes, but in terms of it as a UI n uer experience didn't look practical to me. Just my opinion. Good to see a company though finally chucking everything into a phone n not running an under clocked processor and low ram... The jury is still out for me.

And SE have used these screens for a while now in Japan. Most of their models have featured high-res touch/non-touch screens on their models for NTT DoCoMo.
