hmm its so obvious that so many ppl cant even understand why lollipop is so diffent from all other android version. ok simply put lollipop should run smuther than current versions of android as the whole VM has be xhanged fro dalvik VM to ART whixh requiers less memory and power (CPU cycles) per app to execute the code in apps. and most apps are pre executed on installation there fore needing no just in time execution procesing currently enforced by dalvik. so if anyone says lollipop will be slow or laggy in executing app they trully dont know what they are talking about. every test showed that for a dalvik code that needs for example an instruction that takes 1400 mili sec to execute on dalvik VM takes only 400 mill8 secs to execute hence the new version on android has so many animations and heavy matterial layout in almost every part of the os interface. all the processing and the memory and battery will be nearly iproved by 40% on most hardware. so mocking the note 3 and claming that it will be lagging as i read in one of the opinions is a rushed and uneducated assumption which will be proven otherwise. so glad my i9500 will be upgraded soon to lollipop the all the supper hardware in it will be unleashed baby. cant wait.

Obviously ... moreYeh the iphone out sold individual phones in their market but thats because android is used across multiple brands therefore giving customers greater freedom to how they want their phone. Apple view themselves as a premium company however all they are is a software company as they don't make any hardware and even there software is majorly flawed as customers don't have full control over their own devices - U2 album comes to mind and the fact that they can just put whatever they want onto peoples phones is a major privacy breach in my opinion.

With iOS having 12%. I know my maths is good and im sure that 80% is bigger than 12%??? Yeh iOS is only on Apple devices and they do sell well to their fanboys but in comparison their sales just don't compete. The thing with android is its a user interface that can suit all people regardless of their budget and needs. iOS is a typical Apple niche - high price for limited usability.
