thats why I love SE, because they have something to offer for everyone ; slider or candybar, touch screen or none touch screen, qwerty or no qwerty, android or symbian or WM ...

This phone looks plasticky compare to the X1. And no keypad? I am not going to jump into this one. The X1 is beautiful and solid but I am doubtful about this one.

im definitely getting this phone so far the UI is great i feel its the best i have seen i hope the browser is up to par i hope it has many cool apps like the iphone but id like to see the phone in action

Shame on SEbefore saying that you should look at Nokia phone first. what do you think about N81,N95, N95 8gb, N96, N85, N86, dont they look the same ?? now find me a SE phone that looks as similar as Nokia phones do. oops did you se the N97 ?? doesnt it look like SE X1. what about the Xpress music series who try to copy Walkman music phones and what about 5800 XM who is an Iphone copy cat.

Mobile Phone is Mobile Phone.! that mean its very limited in Design and features as well. if you guys keep trying to compare this or whatever samsung or nokia phones to some other phones, they look similar. if im trying to compare this phone to other, all i can say is this is look like Nokia N95 8GB copy or HTC copy.!! what can you specially design for that kind of touch screen phone..??? there are only few buttons and its just screen.!! peps dont complain too much.. phone companies are not idiot as what you guys think..

This appears a nice phone, can someone advise me how to fix sony erricson problem with phone volume. I sold my xperia because of same volume problems and crashing.

Official announcement is on Thursday. The X2, X3 and X5 are going to be unveiled by SE.
By the way, Rachael would be the X5. X2 would be the X1's replacement and the X1 is that tiny little one.
