I am pretty sure that OTA update will come in the next few days but I to feel a bit cold with Google right now. I really thought that the update on my Nexus 7 (2013) would be a bit more organised. I am from Slovenia (EU) and there's still no sign of the update.
I don't like Apple but I must say that they are far superior with these OTA updates for their devices. And please don't just assume that some of us are impatient...it's about taking care of customers. I think that Google needs a lecture from Apple here.

Waiting for an update since ages.....Just tired of pressing Check Now. Every time I press check now I feel that now my phone will be updated, but every time I was disappointed.(by the way I am from USA)

waiting from many days constantly checking the software update in my nexus 5 ....factory images will void warranty that's why waiting for the ota update

i bought nexus 5 from 5 days ago because i wanted android 5.0 and google said they nexus 5 will be the first device to get update, now we have no lollipop and Motorola g and x got 5.0 also lg g3 will get it before we guys get it while we r on 4.4.4 im really tiered of waiting :(

WTF google & nexus. Feel cheated. Others getting update before us. Then why should we purchase nexus devices. Waiting for the android l update for my nexus 5 in mumbai.
