Having a SIM would make it a phone, thus breaching it's contract with Microsoft.

This is a quad core 2.3Ghz 64 Bit processor with the same top specking GPU as the new iPad air which toped K1 with its 192 cores, and you're not impressed?
This will trump every other mobile processor out there!
I'm feeling sorry for my exynos note4 already...
