you cannot use this galaxy S5 and iphone 6 in any other networks in USA even after completing two years contract. So, is it really worth?

It's lease, so you don't actually own the phone. Possibly an offer at the end of the contract to buy the phone, similar to other lease contracts.
As for the price, don't be fooled. In general, you still end up paying about $60-$80 per month, after all is said and done. I know, because I was in that boat.
In my own country, we pay about €25-30 per month, for phone plus similar contract.

I don't get it? I work for a major UK network and the first thing the networks look to do is get their money back for the device. iPhones are a different commodity. Apple charge the networks here an extra fee and in the first 3 months of release, they take 25% of every iphone customers bill. I have seen the contracts so know this is true. The network I work for makes £27 profit on each 2 year contract which does not seem a lot but x 23 million. So does the $5 cover the phone cost and you pay your line rental as addition? or does that include the contract too?

I bet European companies wished their customers were as easily fooled.
