Don't get too impatient to update to Lollipop 5.0
Every new software has their own bugs to iron out. Better to let it settle down a little and let others be the guinea pigs.
It happened to Jellybean 4.1 onwards. From 4.2.2 to 4.3 there were so many issues. It was only after 4.4 that the bugs were rid. Devices running 4.4.4 out of the box were luckier as those devices had very stable OS.

i have the normal version(V500) of this tablet and have been running on an AOSP rom for a while now.
gotta say the lollipop update does make a tablet look good.
hope LG actually updates this tablet. They have been very mum over this topic of updating this tablet. I dont get it, this tablet was a higher end tablet when it was released and after kitkat, there has been no news of updates. Why LG, Why??
