I just chatted to d online assistance of motorola. They said u will get d update again. I asked abt approx date but they haven't got the date

Hi..I updated my moto g with lollipop 5.0.2. but im not happy with it. When i connect to wifi,it still uses the mobile data for even if mobile data is off. And some exclamatory(!) sign is showing in wifi signal. Can anyone plz tell me how to fix this problem??

Motorola has stopped the lollipop update for moto g 2013. I guess there were some bugs in the lollipop update which were reported earlier like screen going blank. They might release lollipop update again, so don't panic guys!

me too facing the same problem. When it was showed L update, i choose 'update later'. now not showing any update on top of kitkat 4.4.4 :(
any solution, please post it.

I received d update but i was not able to download that day because my wifi was down. The later day when i checked for download d update, i didn’t got. It showed Your device software is upto date
Why so?
What to do now?

I got the android L update option yesterday. I canceled it due to slow net connection. But when today i again went to system update it shows your device's software is up to date. But still i have 4.4.4 KitKat. What to do guys. Customer care told they can't help.

I started the lollipop update for my moto g xt1033 but I cancelled it due to my slow internet speed and again I go setting to download it says you system is up to date
