To tell you the truth, most wealthy people would be embarrassed to buy phones like this. Normally these over the top phones are bought by the insecure, or those who want to really show that they are richer than they actually are.
As far as I have seen, most of the wealthy people use iPhones. Otherwise, it will be a flagship Android or Blackberry.

Theres a loaded guy around here who recently sold his Lamborghini and bought a spanking new Ferrari, of course noone has seen him with anything else than an iPhone. Android, a mobile advertising platform, wtf would a billionaire do with that? Sure you can put makeup and diamond necklace on a pig but its still a pig.
Anyway these kind of people arent covered in gold and diamonds, instead of a Rolex with lots of diamonds they use discrete but expensive stuff, like TAG Heuer and Cartier.

6packs for a phone? I'd just by a Xperia Z3 with the same specs. I guest the exclusivity is in the build quality and design which i think are awesome but that price tho!!????

I'm not sure where this idea that Android phones are laggy comes from. If you get a very low end android phone, of course it will be laggy, the same way that the iPhone 3GS/4 is laggy. If you invest the same amount of money into an android as you do for an iPhone, your going to have a better overall phone (in my opinion, simply because of the customization options, and the ease of data transfer without the use of iTunes).
