This will fail for several reasons, but mainly because symbian and winmo users are cheap. No offense guys. I know because symbian and winmo users are always putting down the apple app store because not all apps on the apple app store are free, and they somehow have this mentality that all apps should be free. Unlike iphone owners who are very supportive of developers and can obviously afford to buy apps. And what is up with that $1 registration fee? Lol.

there is no point to make an own store
I think the Samsung Appstore is mainly directed to devices with propritary OS like Jet, Windows Mobile phones can purchase Appz from Microsoft Market place, Android from Android Market and maybe Symbian from Ovi Store.

I hope this one by Samsung would be a nice one. The Ovi Store of Nokia sucks. I hope it would even be better than that of LG's or Apple's AppStore.

Wow ha! This is a good idea. samsung phones are really good. promise. Sana it will be as popular as the AppStore with lots of apps but unlike the Ovi Store, apps should be cheap. Cheap like me.

it should be free if u buy a product from a manufactuer eg, samsung,nokia or sony these companys make enough money from the consumer its just another gravy train,they should give something back to the consumer as loyal customers
