Delhi High Court allows Xiaomi to sell phones till January 8 in India

The company can only import and sell Qualcomm based smartphones in the country till January 8.

        Why sell only Qualcomm processor phones? Does mediatek infringe the patents but NOT qualcomm? I have no clue why and what the government is trying to do.
