Now hope microsoft do it 14"inches with this basic specs:
1.Display.- 14"inches 2K and 4K - IPS-Neo + Quantum Dots - CGG NBT
2.Memory.- (LPDDR4) 4GB (2K) & 6-8GB (4K)
3.Chipset.- Tegra X1 (2K) & Intel core M 5gen (4K)

Daaamn, hope this is true.... I think my geek-eye just popped out hoping this is true... Was planning on buying Z3 compact tablet, but 8 inch wasn't what i wanted... But this, this is all I have ever wanted. Don't game much on Tablets, only Battlefied 4 Commander, and would use it to play on PS4 aswell.

Oh, maybe this came across their mind when they planned to sell their VAIO division to JDI. I hope they work on a full Windows version, too (Preferably 10 if this tablet's release timeline coincides with Microsoft's 10 release and no, not the Windows Phone OS). Because the way I see it, by late 2015 and the whole year of 2016 could be an earmark for more tablets with full blown Windows. We shall see more of those with other companies. Locally and currently, there are 8-inch and 11-inch Chinese-rebranded tablets with full Windows 8 and 8.1, respectively, that sells for a cheap $150 and $250, respectively. And remember Emdoor that also sells tablets with full Windows 8.x for $65 but is exclusive to its homeland as for now. I'm guessing, W10 would sell as cheap (or a bit more, expensive) as such cheap W8.x tablets. And I wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft decides to update versions post-Windows 10 for free just like how Google does with Android since ever

Why portrait? Well get your ruler out and look at the diagonal of an A4 piece of paper. I'll bet they are looking to go for the clipboard replacement market.

I have been using sony mobile and tables and I will wait for Z4 tablet to have another contract, I love Japan's products.

Those specs are insane!!! If Sony actually pulls it off with those specs and sells it cheaper than an ipad, they may have a 2015 winner here.

Sounds to good. I really don't think they'll put a 4K on tablets within a year plus 6 GB of RAM sounds to good. There are no even 4 GB ram devices so I doubt they'll skip 3 GB. Probably it will have 5 GB because of the resolution or more likely 4 (2 x 2GB).
For a 4K tablet it will feature a low pixel camera yet 4:3 standard. A tablet with bigger resoulution of it's own camera. Filming 1080p on a device 4 x 1080p is riddicolous.

Well, in fact it sounds like just imagination! !!?? But I have really a passion for technology! And so I always want that the bar of technology, always goes Higher! !! So I hope that am wrong and Sony/the statement is right! !!!! Let's hope for the better! !!!!!?

It's clear this is fake. There is NO SUCH THING as 2x3GB of RAM, 3GB RAM chips don't exist, they're 2+1. It should be 3x2GB if it were true.
