update my phone to win10 ..format my phone..everything i have done but nothing gonna fix my touch screen problem..waste my money bought such a silly phone ..NOKIA and MICROSOFT earn so much money from us ..but the customer service is to bad .. better use china phone ...

worst phone with touch issues ,if we update to windows 10 preview it ha sgot many bugs so i believe its a bad idea ,better sell this phone worst thing by windows

in my microsoft lumia 535 phone.. the touch system is not working properly specially the keyboard..itz vry difficult to type the letters.when i type something ..something else is opening..any solutions please?

All windows phones are fakes
and also 535 Its working speed is so bullshit.
i am a user win phone lumia 535 And i serve into many phone problem.
now i have new phone lenovo.i hate microsoft comp
bcause they cheat with our.
we spend money for a better experience
of windows and after we buy a wp we get kela in our hand.
i hate lumia series and manufacture comp.

Seems like alot of people have the problem of blank screen.
Same thing happened to me and the sound is also gone
1:I have tried the screen replacement and it is not working
2:every thing is working screen can be used with a torch light put on it
3:the repairing guy told me that there is some problem with some IC on the mother board
Can you guys please confirm if the sound of your mobile is also gone along with the back light of the screen ?

guys you had better leave all windows phone...this all about cheating us there is no proper app no proper phone settings I don't knw what kind of hell they making through this...only a one thing here good-looking and good designing until it unlock..

For Nokia 535 black screen. You can reset the phone by pressing the power button to restart your phone. When it vibrates press the volume down button. Then it shows an exclamation mark. Tap the volume up, volume down , power button and volume down button again in the sequence mentioned above. It will boot to a setting screen and load from there. Configure as directed starting by setting up your language. It is easier from there. Once restored your phone will show normally. The ONLY DOWN SIDE ARE YOUR CONTACTS AND OTHER ITEMS STORED ON YOUR PHONE WILL BE WIPED. ENDEAVOUR TO BACK UP REGULARLY. GOODLUCK AS YOU ENJOY your Lumia Phones.
