shashi, 16 Mar 2015microsoft lumia 535 goes blank...though call are coming ...... morei had the same prblm it is a software problem I had to give it back to the shopkeeper and he gave it to the experts those who handle the problem and they repaired it and gave my phone back and the the touch issue was also solved........

Please am using Lumia 535 and the touch screen is really very bad. Please Microsoft try very hard to fix this problems as soon as possible

There is a huge problem in this Microsoft product, i don't know what kind of problem that i indecate. ........ . Before i buy it. I am using 520 that is pretty cool. But 535 😬

I've switched it off by disconnecting the battery and reconnecting, and turning it on back again, but nothing has changed .... just a black screen.
i've tried calling it and it rings, but the screen is simply off.

AnonD-358133, 30 Jan 2015But my Lumia 535 has no option of Reset Phone in About menu... moreHi i had same problem there was no reset button. So google a hard reset option for 535 and you will be able to reset it follow all steps. After that i now have a reset option in about. Dont worry. Thanks.
