What would be ideal would be to know if Oneplus is actually going to sell phones in the interim. They chose not to sell out their existing stock available with amazon as soon as the ban went up even when the ban allowed them to. Would be great for the consumers if you could let us know!

And still its working without any issues except some dent in corners. I bet very few phones can take that impact. I am not facing any issues in this list, Don't judge without using.

Generally not true. There might be some exceptional faulty models and that happens with all manufacturers. They have taken care of it by given a replacement.
No one is perfect.
Afterall, this is a startup company and they've managed to deliver a damn good product at a very reasonal price better than any other startups.
Give them some breathing space.

but it was not fair that 3g version of redmi note got ban as it was great phone hoping the court uplift the ban aganst the 3g . 150000 registration & i m still waiting when it will come again for sale . hatts off to you xiaomi for making a great phone plz bring back the 3g version again.

Gotta love the Indian markets enthusiasm considering they get phones like the OnePlus One and Mi3 anywhere from 6 months to a year after initital release elsewhere.
