Hii..I tried to install developer rom in my redmi 2 phone so that I can make call by Jio without using jio4G voice app..bt installation didn't complete.and my phone gets bricked..after going in ASC near me..they said to software update..after software update..my sim1 slot is working only with Jio sim..not with any other SIM..nd sim2 slot completely does not work...if I enter Sims in both slot..it shows no SIM card..ASC person said mother board issue...change the mother board..pls help me..bcoz changing mb is very costly..

I am using jio sim in sim slot 1 of my redmi 2 prime . till 15th august 2017 it was working fine but suddenly network lost and now it is showing emergency calls only . i tried rebooting my phone ,did factory data reset but nothing worked. Please anyone tell me a solution

i am using redmi note 4 in slot 1 i have vodafone 4g nd in slot 2 jio both sim are 4g but still when we using the data of vodafone 4g than jio networks were disabled so plzz help?

Hi
I am using Redmi Prime 2 mobile. and i am using 2 sim..(sim 1 Airtel data plan , sim 2 vodafone ). It was working fine till i changed the slot of the sim. Unfortunately i changed the slot and now its not detecting the network, it says network unavailable when i insert two sim at a time.
when i insert one sim at a time it is working, problem is with when i insert two sim at a time. can anyone pls suggest how to reslove this issue. I am unable to make calls and use data.
