It is highly unlikely that we will see any Xperia Z4 devices announced at CES '15.
MWC will likely introduce Xperia Z4 to the world - CES will focus on Android TV being baked into the latest BRAVIA TV sets, hence the 'Lollipop' clues.
Announcing Z4 at such an early stage would be detrimental to both Xperia Z3 sales and the entire marketing strategy.

I don't mind actually, I'm sure the Xperia Z4 will be have mind-blowing specs...but I'm overdue to replace my Xperia Acro S anyway. :) I'm loving every minute with my Z3 Compact--will probably wait until Z5 is released a in 2016!!! :)
