HTC Desire 320 brings quad-core CPU, 1080p video to the low end

05 January, 2015
The Desire 320 has very similar specs to last years' Desire 310, but it's launching with Android 4.4 KitKat.

Not bad for such specs for the quoted price given HTC is an established and reputed brand.

Um... What. This device is not new? It's been out in Canada for months.

It costs $100 or less here. It's very cheap, and a very good phone for the price (the only thing it falls slightly short on is the display, and internal memory - which is only 4GB, but that is understandable considering its cost).

Honestly, I really wish you'd do some research before you post some of these articles, GSMarena.

In Canada we already have this phone and for the price it is really good. I was really impressed. No lags, no bugs, really fast and the screen is really responsive. The only thing that is bad with this phone is the poor GPU graphics rendering and the front facing camera with low quality. But the back camera takes really good photos I was really impressed. I bought it 50$ during the boxing day special instead of 120$ at best buy and seriously it is worth the money.

I can only think that people here are being paid to every post talk that the cellphone is a shit. It's a U$ 100 cellphone, being a Quad-core, 5MP camera and whatever battery or MB RAM is a good cell for its price. A person who buy a U$ 100 on a cellphone for sure won't run 10 app at the same time, and we even don't know where the 512mb RAM will launch. Stop complaining everytime.

...and I found it poor value for your money

People who buys this phone will definitely feel the greatness of wp8 OS mainly Lumia. Android phones won't work on 512 ram. What a pity.
Lumia is releasing all it's devices with minimum 5mp front and back cameras. But all all oem even middle end android don't come up with 5mp front cam's.

Another HTC failphone. No wonder they droped out from top 10 long time ago.

So it's not permitted for a low-mid range device to have a bigger than 2100 mah battery or what?

HTC intentionally designing their phones like shit, but they are definetely getting everything back.
