Amazon's Fire Phone is now down to $189 unlocked

07 January, 2015
The retailer is apparently trying as hard as it can to quickly get rid of its entire Fire Phone stock.

This phone would be pretty awesome if the dev's can unlock the bootloader and install a custom rom. If that time comes in the near future. I'll surely buy one of these.

If only they set this price at the beginning, they might still have a chance, it already almost half a year and most people already have negative image on this device, i may say TOO LATE AMAZON.

No Google apps? Big deal! I don't have them on my Android, too. The problem is locked bootloader and no root so you basically buy brick.

Well, what did they expect when they launched it with such a high price tag with a crippled version of android? The 3D aspect that the multiple cameras provide, is not even impressive.

I wouldn't fancy the MK II version if they ever produce one. What a waste of money.
