i live in india,and its been a month since im running lollipop on my moto x 2014.offical update no rooting and crazy stuff,loving it. its stable, and battery life is excellent,it feels like running a phone with 3000mah battery, im getting on screen time of 6 hrs in average, without the new powersaving mode,it gets activated at 15%.only con as of now is camera app,its too basic.desperatly need a tap to focus thing.
i had samsung s3 previously,and shift to moto for the good timely software update,as well as lag free device{had an option for the s5 btw at 33k},happy with my decision.
trust me,it feels great to run the latest software on device,esp with all other hyped flagships lagging behind.

This device will be upgraded to the Android 5 Lollipop release of Android, pending partner support.

jayzjayz, 13 Jan 2015How about moto g 1st gen dualsim? If your model is Moto G xt1033, then the official OTA file has been captured and uploaded. You can use it to update manually.

mali, 13 Jan 2015It was about time!Not really. As of now, Lollipop has many bugs which need to be fixed by google. Only then other manufacturers can rollout lollipop update for their devices. Better wait and get a stable update, instead of getting a quick buggy update and cry foul.
