Great video-gives a perfect demo of what the handsets can acheive. However, I am i little dismayed by the comment in the review about the performance of the iPhone in pure darkness-casting doubt on the video camera settings....sure if that was an issue, the iPhone isnt at a disadvantage at all, they ALL are and therefore the test is a true reflection of the conditions at hand. Apologise if I must understood or read it wrong, but the review did seem a tad Apple bias!

iphone and hero just 320x480 and such big screen... huge loosers
htc phones have terrible colors (that my first color mobile had!)
only omnia hd has nice screen despite am a nokia fan
and i like my 5800 screen better!

They're all excellent of course, Omnia HD as seems is obviously the top one, but only iPhone 3GS outperforms it in sunlight.

Am i the only one who thinks that the omnia 2 has washed out colors compared to the other two omled devices? from the bunch, the samsung galaxy seems to have the best screen, the colors are vivid and the screen seems crisp. i8910 comes second, then iphone(impressive visibility in sun light).

What did I say? "eligibility?" Oh my. That is so embarrassing. what I mean there is legibility. Sorry. English is not my native tongue.

What I can say is that the viewing angle of the iPhone is not that great (based from my own opinion of having the iPhone) compared to other phones and when you view it in a specific angle it is like "whitened" or it has hazy white. In other words iPhone is really great when it comes to brightness and sunlight eligibility rather than the viewing angle of the LCD.
