But fanboys like you will never see that. As I said from the very first post that Apple is a bully and agressive with patents..
However you can't call it a patent troll.. Then even Nokia, nVidia, samsung, microsoft, google would be patent trolls.
There is a difference between an unethical patent bully and a patent troll which you apple haters/ some fanboys can't seem to understand..

The other points you mention is done be each and every manufacturer out there.. Google for it and you will get all the cases you want..
And still Apple doesn't fit into a patent troll category..

Rockstar might be a patent troll but then it was a partnership of Sony, MS, ericsson, microsoft and apple there. Not apple alone..

Just accept the fact that you don't know what a patent troll is..

Oh, let me think. How was it, when Apple sued Samsung for breaking his patents on rounded rectangle and slide-to-unlock? Ah, here it is, a fixed payment, plus a payment based on device price by some percent. And now, when someone does the same to them, they go to the court? Oh, come on, Apple...
Maybe they produce good devices, but their policy and behavior makes them absolutely unthinkable buy. I won't support such behavior.

Anonymous, 14 Jan 2015Apple is agressive and unethical when it comes to patents..... moreFirst I thought you're just being funny, but men what have you been crackin? Dont base all your claims on wikipedia, go search further. Maybe then you'll finally realize that your beloved apple is not as perfect as you thought it is.

Do they buy the patents? Mostly, Yes. Technology? Some, yes. Do they make the products that the patent cover? Mostly, no. Are they willing to slow innovation to enforce their patents? Hell yes. Do they sue companies that cant defend themselves? YES. Do they take aggressive legal actions in hopes of preventing competition from entering the market? Yes. Do they use older patents that are nearly outdated in order to pursue patent infringement? Yes yes.

And let's not forget about the infamous Rockstar.

Nuff said. Whatever you say next is irrelevant on my part.
