SA man, 15 Jan 2015Pinnacle is the Company that makes Pro-line devices They don't make anything. Most of their stuff is made in China and gets the Proline branding put on it. Common practice these days since virtually everything is poorly made in China.

We are very branded people which means anything cheap is not for us unless somewhere in Africa but south africa. Nonetheless, HTC for life no matter what

The company is Pinnacle Africa and their branded product range is Proline.
People will buy these phones. There is not much on offer in the budget section as far as smartphones go here. Underspecced phones like a Samsung Galaxy young / Huawei Y300 etc are about the same price range.

Proudly South African, but not that proud. We have better specced android phones for cheaper (ZAR599). No thanks.

I gaurantee you that south africans would not purchase such a low spec for that price...even the less techno educated elderley people will laugh and pull out something better
