Damn, dudes, what are you complaining about? It's a pretty good phone. Trust me, I know (: . So if the design don't suite for you, this doesn't mean that it's not suitable for others. By the way, I like all the roundness, other phones are just not like it. And that's what I like-originality. Plus there are lots of colours, not just yellow. There's pink, orange, yellow and white. And every phone is included with a fashion jacket, two actually. A black one, and a designer one, with a colour you choosed. One more pluspoint, it's cheap. Perfect for teenagers, all the community sites are on the Widget list and you can add more Widgets. MP3 is also with a good sound. So do what you like, but I recommend it strongly. Peace (x

I don't see any 3G in this. A nice entry-level touch phone but badly designed! The overall "round-round" impression doesn't feel good. Atleast, I won't buy it, if it comes designed so.

Besides, you'll have to excuse me, but me and [seeing as two of the phones you mentioned (or rather, tried to mention) are in the top 3 most popular phones] most of the people here at GSMARENA would have to disagree with those claims of yours.

That is not my case, and apparently not yours as well, but there are alot of people out there, some with tighter budgets than others, and they should also have something they can buy.

Besides, Nokia and Samsung aren't exactly new at this.

Samsung and Nokia excel at mid and high end devices and providing quality devices for all market segments. Why do they assume that the buying public will always want the cheapest basic device in town? People would rather wait and get quality.

No way! Did Samsung just fire some of their Staff from the design department and hired new staff from Palm. The Soap-like styling doesn't do for me and it looks like one of the phones from Palm. I wouldn't buy this phone.

I have always praised Samsung for it's design. But this is a major disappointment. Hope they stick with their trademark shape and don't divert into this sort of soap-like designs.

Sucessor means "one who comes after", meaning it comes/ is born/ is made after the predecessor.

It merely indicates the time difference between one thing and another, that one came after the other.

It doesn't mean "better than the predecessor". You probably see it with that added meaning given the fact that, due to evolution and progress in technology, newer models are usually better than previous ones.

Those devices are not from the same family. You can't call a sucessor just because it's brand new. It should be equivalent, from the same category - something that must substitute the predecessor.
