jyoti, 26 Feb 2015i hate lollipop..its been three weeks now i am facing issue... moreHad same issue. Got fixed . Went to nearest mogo g service center. They made my sim 1 as enabled.sum 2 disabled. Moved the sim into sim slot 1. Data works fine.

What is happenN lolipop made my phone slow and the worst thing is the call notification that comes at top of the screen when you are using your phone it does not react to touch both the dismiss and answer.
Does anyone has encounter this problem plz let me know how to fix it.

i had the same problems what all guys are facing.
slow internet.
phone became slow.
wi-fi is at its worst even after sitting next to router,
one tip for wifi which worked for me:
step 1: turn off the phone.
step 2: turn off the router after 1 min.
step 3: turn on the router after 2 mins.
step 4: wait for 3 mins after turning on the router and then power on the mobile.
step 5: it works now for me.
please try this temporary solution guys.
on the other hand, i too want to downgrade my OS to kitkat.

Lollipop such a worst one.. Can't even change the ringtone.... I'm also facing all problems what are all other users told..ttel me the way to get KitKat back.

After updating its become worst... can some one work on it & fix the issue ASAP, nothing is working fine. I thing Moto G people tried to act tooo smart that is why they have landed in such bab upgrading. It wouls be better if you could cancell Lollipop & put it back to the old. Over all its worst, sick just irritated.

After i updating my MOTO G2 to Lollipop, Iam also faced many problems with it. The wifi connection becomes failure many times, even though it is in range. My PHONE CHARGE Also loose easily..I feel very boring with this lollipop.

Lollipop is poping out Andorid's current market...
I am a Moto G1 user.
I updated my phone to lollipop expecting some minor changes(for the good). But
after updating my phone I have been facing all kinds of problems that user should
not face. Even the basic phone functionalities are not working properly now.
Issues faced:
1. Unable to attend phone calls without unloacking the phone. You need to unloack
the phone to pick up the calls you receive. Worst.
2. Unable to make calls at sometimes. You may not be able to make calls most of
the times. Its not depending on any other apps as I had observed this even after
reseting my phone completly without any external apps installed in it.
3. BLuetooth .Discovering devices using bluetooth is not working properly.
There are many more but for now this is enough..
Kindly provide a downgrade version of Kitkat for Moto G. That will be very helpfull.

i hate lollipop..its been three weeks now i am facing issue of wifi and data connectivity .. its not connecting ..done with everything - factory reset, master reset & also software update from service centre..
can anyone help!!! :(

Data services are not working on Moto g2 after upgrade to Lollypop. And there is no fix found by Moto G technical team so far. The way the technical team handled this situation is insane. When they know there are issues in new version..
1) They should have taken out the upgrade from internet
2) Or They should have provided option to downgrade to KitKat
3) Or They should have issues a public notice not to upgrade
4) Or they should have released a work around for some of the problems
5) or they should have released a actual fix
This show why these stupid companies not able to give competetion to companies like Apple and Samsung with very offordable prices. I am very disappointed by this phone and dont recommend to anyone.

Lots of problem on lollipop when I renane my pic in file manager and then the pic have automatically deleted in gallery.....help me
