This phone is not too bad. If you are rich and can afford n97s etc, not everyone can so nokia are trying to give every body the chance to experience their new stuff. So they take away wifi to make it cheaper.

sockatume, 25 Aug 2009At the risk of stating the obvious, Nokia has more than one... moreYou got one thing right! Nokia must only have one designer and the dude has ran out of ideas. This design truly sucks as much as the specs! Nokia surely is redefining the term cheap-looking!

I can appreciate Nokia wishing to popularise ever more smartphone technology right across the market but why would anyone buy this device or the 5530 good though they are when for only slightly more money one could end up with the 5800 with wifi, GPS, 30fps VGA recording, tv-out, etc, etc?

[deleted post]At the risk of stating the obvious, Nokia has more than one designer, and they release handsets other than the 5800 derivatives. Their existence doesn't magically make the rest of the range disappear.

Same old boring design that hasn't changed since 5800. I'd rather have wifi instead of the gps which I find less useful.

From this and another N97 Mini.

This is clearly show Nokia is stepping Motorola step.

                                      Bye bye Nokia!
