Well your samsung phne has a high specs and gimicky S pen and high # of ram but look why is it not dominating when it comes to sales?
Why is it Apple iPhone is dominating in the market?
It only show's that the its not on the # of specs it is on the performance cause even iPhone has lower # of specs than samsung but the performance is way much better than your laggy samsung...
Its clear that you havn't use iPhone phone, cause if you are then you cannot say this things.
In the real world iPhone is better than samsung..

Samsung only this far because of their deep pockets (-> insane advertising budget). The Apple brand meets expectations with good products. Hopefully HTC will follow in Apple's path and acquire a decent marketshare through all their efforts. In any case it's good to see quality triumph over mediocrity.

Or maybe, you've never used any other phone than Samsung's. In any case Samsung's fall will help steer android in a better direction in terms of UI aesthetics, build quality expectations, and that all elusive sense of premium that people get when trying Apple products.

I don't understand the point of this article. There are so many qualifiers: it's not worldwide, but only US; it's not the whole year, but only the 4th quarter (around the time when new Apple products are announced); and then the subject group to represent millions contain only 500 people? Really? Why even bother writing this?
