I got the lollipop update today .. its sucksss.......waste notification bar and Quick restart is not working....and phone is slower than kitkat....don't go for the update kitkat is 10 times better than Lolipop

anybody have any knowledge if HTC will be updating the nagivation buttons to lollipop? As LG have done it and the lollipop update still has the older versions

I'm an HTC one m8 user from middle east jordan, got the notification to update to the lollipop but cancelled it after I read the reviews, about how it lags or heats up or battery drain a little faster, my phone doesn't heat up that much even when I heavy game or use Skype for a long time well it does but compare it to the others or even the ipohne 6 I prefer this, so I still want to update so it be faster but I'm not willing to take the risk of losing the best smart phone I ever owned, my advise "if you are happy with what you got what's the point of trying to get something that is 50-50 chance to either make it better or wrecks it "

Anonymous, 30 Jan 2015still no lollipop in India Dnt b so exited for d update. It has many bugs including battery drainage issue. I hope htc releases 5.0.2 update soon

No updates in India yet whatsoever.
Few websites have listed that the Android Lollipop update has already been rolled out to Indian HTC one m8 users, although I have read from none in their particular users' comments section.
A couple of Indian users have got it as per the comments below..
Howbeit, as the update is hitting many markets, I hope that it will be available in India soon enough..
