Headphone jack is in bottom. The top cut out is for IR blaster. Google S6 rendering, you can see S6 in metal body showing the bottom view clearly.

Corrections:
There are IR blaster and a microphone on the top.
And there are a 3.5 mm jack, microUSB, a microphone and a speaker on the bottom.
