me, 13 Sep 2009i think its tmobile's choice to merge with orange because t... moreT-Mobile has the lowest dropped calls out of any other cellphone provider out there and has the #1 customer service 8 out of 9 times by J.D. Power. Do your homework before you start talking false information. T-Mobile is slowly building to be the biggest U.S. Company as well.

i think its tmobile's choice to merge with orange because tmobile is just losing money. Though their deals were good or even better than others; however that just it! coverage is bad - A lot of people travel you know and their signal is just not consistent, customer aftercare is ok to nearly being bad... and their brand awareness isnt penetrating the market really. For orange their ok.not bad - not great either. Though hopefully this merge situation should stir up the competition.

o2 will not merge with voda fone o2 owns roughly the same amount of percentage as the Tmobile and Orange hybrid so for o2 to merge with the 2nd largest network vodafone would cause o2 or vodafone to have majority of the mobile market and by trading laws o2 is not allowed to do so as all companies deserve a fair go in the market place

i think they're trying to cut costs, win win situation for them both and not to forget to introduce sub monopoly price plans... sigh we know what that means for the average mobile user~

O2 and Vodafone 3g coverage will look rather poultry in fact. I imagine this merger will bring HSDPA coverage on one operator to about 98% of the population. I know, just for this reason I'd be willing to switch. Three, Tmobile and Orange are using just one UTMS network. Tmobile and orange 2g coverage will still not match either o2 or vodafone. GSM 1800mhz is just not possible to get same coverage economically compared to 900mhz.
